Cold Room in Biostorage Facility Masy

First – determine your thermocouple sensor locations. Using a standard layout  makes that easy!

Second – order thermocouples harnessed with cold room in mind.
Three right side front thermocouples harnessed together.
Three right side rear thermocouples harnessed together.
Three left side front thermocouples harnessed together.
Three left side rear thermocouples harnessed together.
Three middle thermocouples harnessed together.
One controller sensor makes 16 sensors in a standard layout.

Third – wiring the room requires 5 positions, like a dice: right front, right rear, left rear, left front, and middle.
When in the right side front, place thermocouples in top, middle, and bottom planes.
When in the right side rear, place thermocouples in top, middle, and bottom planes.
When in the left side front, place thermocouples in top, middle, and bottom planes.
When in the left side rear, place thermocouples in top, middle, and bottom planes.
When in the middle, place thermocouples in top, middle, and bottom planes.

5 positions, 16 thermocouples, 15 minutes – recipe for efficiency and success!

If you have extendable poles available for use, you can have these sensors affixed to vertical poles using the methods mentioned above to further cut down on time spent inside of your chamber.
