If the logger that you’re reading through DataTrace (DT) Pro Software is not immediately communicating with the interface, try these tips, 1 by 1 in this order until communication is restored:
- Rotate the logger in the interface and retest.
- Close DT Pro Software, unplug the USB cable, reattach the USB cable, and retest.
- Try a different USB port on the computer.
- Reboot the computer.
- Open battery chamber and replace battery. Don’t forget to replace the O-ring.
If none of these work for you, please contact Masy BioServices to have the logger checked, and if necessary, repaired or replaced.
